All types of lentils ½ cup. Sprouted moong dal and matki dal, green peas, white peas, chick peas, black eyed peas, soaked in water for 7-8 hours. Edible oil 1/4th cup, 2 finely chopped onions, 3 spoons Prakash A-1 Kanda Lasun Masala, tamarind pulp ¼ cup, salt to taste and finely chopped coriander.
Method for preparation of Lentil Mix Ghoonghani:
1) Cook all the lentils in a cooker.
2) Shallow fry chopped onions in a pan.
3) Add Prakash A-1 Kanda Lasun Masala, tamarind pulp and salt to taste.
4) Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve as curry/gravy.
